For employees of BAE SYSTEMS Rochester, becoming a member of the Club could not be easier. All you need to do is download the application form below and return it via email to info@baeclub.co.uk and Rhys Fallows at payroll in Portsmouth, please ensure that all of your details are filled in correctly. Once the Club has received the form we will forward it to payroll to authorise the deductions of £10.00 per month from your wages. At the same time we will send out your electronic key fobs and an information pack about the Club. This will go out via the internal mail. Should you have any problems or find that you have not received your pack, please contact Andy or Stuart on ext 6009.

Should you decide that the Club is not for you and wish to cancel your subsciption you can download the cancellation form using the link below and again send it to info@baeclub.co.uk and Rhys Fallows at payroll in Portsmouth. Your subscription payments will be cancelled by Rhys straight away. We do ask that you return your fobs to HR.
