2007/08 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL NOTICE

To All: Private, Honorary, Student, Seasonal, Junior and OAP members.

All membership subscriptions need to be renewed in the month of October 2007 from Monday 1st October during the following times:
Monday to Thursday 10.00am — 9.00pm
Fridays 1pm — 4pm
During the whole month

Renewals will also be taken over one weekend only on Friday 26th October from 1pm to 9pm, Saturday 27th October from Noon to 9pm and Sunday 28th October from noon to 5pm
Payment will not be accepted outside of these times.
A detailed newsletter will be issued to each member upon renewing their membership, informing you of the past 12 months at the Club, its future plans and forthcoming events to the end of the year.

You will all be pleased to learn that the membership subscription charges have remained the same as the 2006 prices
The charges for different membership categories apply:
PRIVATE - £100 per annum As 2005 &2006
OAPs: £65 per annum (On proof of date of birth) As 2005 & 2006
Seasonal Section: £50 per annum (Cricket and Bowls section—April to September) As 2006
Students: £25 per Annum As 2005 & 2006
On proof of Student ID, does not include those on day release. Does not include an associate.

Junior: £10 per year  As 2006

Honorary: £15 per Annum As 2005 & 2006

The Honorary Category will have to be reviewed next year.

All categories, with the exception of students and juniors, include partners and children under 16, (not grandchildren), free of charge as stated in the Club's Constitution.

Payment can be made by:
Debit/Credit Card, Cheque or Cash.
If you are on the waiting list to join the Club, you may attend during the times above and join the club. There is still a one off joining fee of £20 plus your subscription payment.

Please understand that the management and Committee of the Club volunteer a large amount of their own time during the month to ensure that you have plenty of chances to renew. Should you not renew during the month of October, you will have to reapply as a new applicant and will be liable for the £20 joining fee.

This notice does not apply to BAE SYSTEMS employees and Thamesport Employees.

EXISTING MEMBERS

Any existing member of the Club that introduces a new paying private or OAP member to the Club during the month of October will receive a £10 drinks or £10 food voucher of your choice to use over the lounge bar or snack bar and will be valid to use up until Wednesday 31st October. So if you know anyone interested in joining the club, make sure they get their applications and money to the Club during the month of October and you will benefit from this great offer.

Offer valid on all new paying applications from Monday 1st October to Wednesday 31st October 2007. Any previous application received before this date will not be valid.
