All Private, Honorary, Seasonal Section, Student OAP and Junior Members must renew their membership every October. The Club's office staff and Committee will be available to take subscriptions most days and evenings, (excluding weekends). Due to the amount of members that are required to renew, it is not feasible for the Club to send out reminders, therefore the only method of informing members is through notices and posters at the Club and through the website. Should you not be available during October, then you can contact the Club and we will try to arrange something for you. You can pay your subscription by cash, cheque or credit or debit card.

Anyone who fails to renew their membership during October will have their fob stopped and will not be able to use the Club's facilities. You must then rejoin the club as a new member and pay a joining fee.

Please note that even if you have joined the Club partway during a year, your membership will still have to be renewed in October.
