Applying for membership couldn't be easier. Simply fill in the downloadable forms and send it to the Club either by post, by hand or by emailing it to info@thevillage.co.uk or if you have any problems, fill in the online form and submit it to us and we will contact you with assistance. We will process your application as soon as possible, please ensure you put in an email address so that we can contact you.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS

 

All Private, Honorary, Seasonal Section, Student OAP and Junior Members must renew their membership every December. The Club's office staff and Committee will be available to take subscriptions most days and evenings, (excluding weekends). Due to the amount of members that are required to renew, it is not feasible for the Club to send out reminders, therefore the only method of informing members is through notices and posters at the Club and through the website. Should you not be available during October, then you can contact the Club and we will try to arrange something for you. You can pay your subscription by cash or credit or debit card.

Anyone who fails to renew their membership during December will have their fob stopped and will not be able to use the Club's facilities. You must then rejoin the club as a new member and pay a joining fee.

Please note that even if you have joined the Club partway during a year, your membership will still have to be renewed in December.

Memberships can be renewed at any time by either dropping off a cheque post dated for 1st January or filling in a standing order form. More details are available by clicking the link below..
