Prices

The prices include use of the room between times set by yourself, a fully staffed bar, use of the stage in the hall for entertainment, use of the balcony in the restaurant and a full cleaning service the following day. In addition to this we can also look after any gifts, flowers or cakes overnight for you, allowing you to enjoy your party without any worries.

If you wish to hire two rooms, (e.g. a wedding breakfast in our restaurant and evening reception in our hall), then we will only charge you for the hire of the hall.

These facilities are only available to Club members. You may book a room through a member only if they are invited to the function, alternatively you can join the Club, just ask for an application form from the Club office or door staff.

Room Decoration

Most people like to have some sort of decoration up in the function hall to personalise the room and create a celebratory atmosphere. We can offer a decorating service which will allow you to have the function hall decorated as you wish with the maximum if ease. Once you decide what sort of decorations you would like, our staff will purchase decorations and put them up for you. Decorations can be ordered to match your own colour scheme. Decoration does not include helium balloons, although should you want to include helium balloons, we can order them for you from an external company and you will only pay their charges.

License Extension

Normally our bar will close at 11.00pm, however, you can apply to have the bar remain open up until 1.00am, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the evening for longer.

Price £20 for every 30 minutes until 1.00am.

We can also provide printing, cake decoration, favours, and other services. More details and prices are available on request.
