Judo Section

 

Judo is a fun sport. it is an ideal form of physical exercise and a reliable means of self defence. Judo was founded in 1882 and translated means the "gentle way".

Children come along and enjoy the activities and learn judo techniques in a controlled and friendly environment. Judo emphasises safety and is learned on special mats for comfort and safety.

Why not come along and have a free evening, whether spectator or student.

FIRST LESSON IS FREE.

Adults, male and female beginners sessions can be arranged subject to enquiries.

Judo provides confidence as well as a basis for self-defence.
